Requirements: "The Style of The Turtle", +5 Alignment or higher

Quest: You've decided to come back to the Kame House in search of further training from the Turtle Hermit. He now instructs you to meditate with him for awhile, he claims that it is necessary in order to learn the Kamehameha wave. Once this is done, he will teach you the Kamehameha Wave; but the training for it isn't very easy.
