Quest: For some reason, whether you are in the city or just wandering about, you notice a a powerful man attacking and terrorizing a small city. He is more powerful than you are, but not by much; he also has quite a bit of a temper. You have one of two options, you may stop his reign of terror, or join him in destroying the city. If you choose the hero route, this will be rather difficult.
