Description: A branch of the Red Ribbon Army thrives within some wasteland on the Earth. After working for years in secret, they have created an android design capable of leveling cities with the lift of a hand. After building the android, they sent it to West City to reek havoc and exact their revenge. You must stop the android or it will destroy everything and everyone.
