Mission Description: In the sprawling metropolis known as North city, crime runs rampant from a local gang called the "Shadows." Local law enforcement has put up a bounty on the Shadows leader, yet at the same time; the gang has put a contract up on the Mayor. Two contracts, both conflicting. You can only receive the bounty for one. Which way does your heart lean?

Reward: 500 Zenni, Ninja Suit, 15+ Speed, 45+ Intelligence

Negative Alignment if you kill the mayor.
Positive if you kill the bandit lord.
