Info: West city is now your target, you must destroy hundred of people and blow 5 buildings up. You can be stopped by other members, so you might have to battle during this quest. If a member defeats you, then they will receive half the rewards for this quest.

Rewards: +65 All Stats and +$3,000 Zennie

Requirements: Must be either neutral or evil. You must wait at least 5 days before you may redo quest again after you do it.
